Scrape for the Grape
April 4 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Scrape for the Grape 🐞🍷
One of Loudoun’s most popular volunteer events is back! Scrape for the Grape has quickly become a community favorite, with more than 1,000 volunteers expected this year, and we are delighted to share that Doukenie Winery will once again be a host site.
This family-friendly effort brings together residents from across Northern Virginia to scrape spotted lanternfly egg masses before they hatch, helping protect our rural economy and local vineyards. Volunteers can choose from 21 locations, including 17 wineries, Ida Lee Park, the Willowsford Conservancy, and two HOAs—but of course we hope you pick Doukenie.
📅 Volunteer Dates
• Saturday, March 21 | 10 AM – 1 PM
• Saturday, April 4 | 10 AM – 1 PM
• Sunday, April 12 | 10 AM – 1 PM
Doukenie Winery will host volunteers on April 4, and we will offer a 50% off tastings and 25% off bottle purchases for all volunteers on April 4th.
